El-MIRAKA NIGERIA LIMITED has been in operation in the last 3 (three) years. The Company was incorporated as a limited liability company on February 29, 2012 with registered office at 4, Prophet Tola Street, Abaranje, Ikotun Lagos.

 

Prior to the incorporation of the Company, the promoter has been strongly involved in sourcing different agro allied products for local processors as well as exporters of such products.  His personal reputation in sourcing quality  agricultural products such as cashew nut, shear butter seed, cocoa, groundnuts and power generating product especially hard wood charcoal for exporters and local processor necessitated the incorporation of the company for better  and formal dealings with the customers.

 

This focus has brought about tremendously market growth and penetration not only into the local market but more importantly the international market.

 

Currently, the management of the company headed by Engr. Samuel Babajide Oshinyemi has put in place structures and facilities to transform the company to an enviable entity through network of customers built over the years. Engr. Samuel Babajide Oshinyemi, a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Yaba College of Technology has had good reputation for quality product sourcing and delivery that meets specification to customers.

BUSINESS SCOPE

 

Our major business focus involves sourcing different agricultural products for local processors as well as exporters of such products. As part of our strategic initiative for growth we are evolving direct export business of agricultural products to reputable internal importers and processors. Our products dealing include:

Additionally, though unaligned with the above physical product, we have a football club which was a complete initiative of our MD/CEO who is a lover of football. EL-miraka football Club is involved in grooming footballer for transfer to other part of the world and has been successful in this business. 

 

MANAGEMENT TEAM: 

EL-MIRAKA is led by a team of experienced, academically qualified and focus team. The company is led by Engr. Samuel Babajide Oshinyemi as the Managing Director/CEO and supported by experienced ex-banker and Human Resources and Administration expert Ms. Gladys Adeleye.

 

Engr. Samuel is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Yaba College of Technology. Until the incorporation of the Company and his appointment as the MD/CEO, Engr. Samuel has been a consultant to many exporters of agro allied products in the country. He has been involved as prime supplier of agro allied products to companies such as Joe Carol, Enkay Indo co. Nigeria Limited, Abiskosk Nigeria Limited among others.

 

Ms. Gladys Adeleye, a holder of Higher Diploma in Secretarial Studies and Master in Industrial Relation and Human Resources from Olabisi onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye has worked variously at Wema Bank for several years in different capacities. She also worked at Capital Oil Plc as the Head, Human Resources and Admin before joining El-Miraka in 2012 as Executive Director, Operations.
